Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Track the progress of different aspects of an engineering project. From design to commissioning
Follow the progress of engineering resources and technicians related to the various projects
Plan, control and coordinate the mandate, budget and schedule of projects
Ensure project deadlines and associated costs are met
Make the necessary decisions to ensure the success of projects
Act as a mentor and motivator towards the company's resources Communicate with customers and with the work team
Track, document and maintain the budget
Propose, manage project change notices
Establish and maintain a climate of trust with customers while protecting the business relationships the company has with them
Ensure the transmission of relevant information to other departments

Skills in demand
Engineering training;
PMP certification (an asset)
Expertise in project management and complex problem solving
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
Experience working in automation (asset)
Mastery of MS Project (an asset)
Masters the reading of 2D and 3D plans
Be a skilled negotiator
Leadership and good communication skills
Sense of initiative and good management of time and priorities
Very good command of the French language and good knowledge of the English language (oral and written) with a developed sense for oral and written communications;
