Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with customers.
You play a key role in growing sales and achieving revenue targets for the organization. You are part of the Systemex Automation Management Team and report directly to the General Manager
You are responsible for Systemex Automation's AGV and AMR products and solutions to automate warehouses across North America

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for robotic design, programming, defining technical specifications and commissioning for various projects.
- Develop and write documentation such as functional descriptions and data sheets.
- Write reports, specifications, quotations and tenders, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Identify and communicate with potential suppliers.
- Manage the installation and operation of systems under his/her responsibility.
- Solve problems using a variety of known and innovative methods and techniques, and conduct comparative studies.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and maintain close customer relations.
- Perform inspections or technical surveys.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise site follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Diploma in instrumentation and automation.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs (asset).
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience as an automation/robotics engineer, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Knowledge of HMI programming (asset).
- Knowledge of ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robotics products.
- Work experience in automation and robotics in various fields (asset).
- Very good command of the French language and good knowledge of the English language (oral and written), with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for continuous development of technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in project management, technical writing and independent resolution of complex problems
